Wildlife Photography Workshops in North Yorkshire and the North East
Wildlife rarely sits still and waits while we work out our camera settings—which is exactly what makes photographing it so rewarding. My wildlife photography workshops are relaxed, practical sessions designed to help you understand your camera, react more confidently and come home with photographs you’re genuinely proud of.
Held at some fantastic wildlife locations across North Yorkshire and the North East, the workshops cover the camera settings that really matter, focusing and subject tracking, exposure, composition, birds in flight and working with changing light. We’ll also look at fieldcraft, anticipating behaviour and photographing wildlife responsibly, with the welfare of the subject always coming before the photograph.
You don’t need to be an expert or own the latest equipment. Bring your camera, your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, and I’ll help you develop your skills through straightforward explanations, practical photography and individual guidance throughout the session.
2027 Workshop Dates Are Being Planned
I’m currently putting together my photography workshops timetable for 2027, with new dates and locations to be added here as they’re confirmed.
If you’re interested in joining a workshop, get in touch and let me know what you’d like to photograph. I’d love to hear from you while I’m planning the year ahead.
In the meantime, my one-to-one photography sessions can be arranged around your interests and experience.
